Hello Avi helps businesses prepare an AI receptionist that can answer calls, capture enquiries and pass useful details to the team after a reviewed activation.
Call availability depends on your approved setup and phone connection. We agree on the hours and forwarding rules before activation.
Each monthly plan has an incoming AI conversation minute allowance. Extra minutes and any additional telephone costs are agreed in writing before use.
A website AI chat widget with human handover can be discussed as a separate service. It is not included in the phone plans and is not active in this preview.
Setup is quoted from CHF 790 to CHF 10,000 according to your call flow, business knowledge and integrations. The written offer confirms the exact scope.
